MPA · SERVICE AGREEMENT

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Multi Pocket Account (“MPA”), developed and operated by OD1Studios.

Effective September 7, 2026Last updated September 21, 2026

Your agreement

By using MPA, creating an account, or purchasing Premium, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MPA.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Provide accurate account information, keep your password and devices secure, and promptly notify support@onlyday1.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account.

2. What MPA does

MPA is a personal money-organization tool that lets you manually represent funds using Main Pockets, spending pockets, goals, recurring items, and transactions. Features and limits depend on your plan and may evolve over time.

MPA is not a bank, payment processor, lender, credit counselor, investment adviser, accountant, or financial adviser. It does not hold, move, or verify your real-world money. Unless a future integration expressly says otherwise, entries are created or confirmed by you and may not match a bank account.

3. Your responsibility for financial decisions

MPA provides organizational information, not financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or credit advice. You are responsible for checking balances, due dates, transaction accuracy, and payment status with the relevant financial institution, biller, or service provider. A reminder, overdue indicator, plan, chart, or forecast is not a guarantee that a payment was made, money is available, or a financial outcome will occur.

AI statement extraction and pocket suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review imported transactions and recommendations before relying on them. Statement imports do not update or verify your current account balance.

4. Local data and backups

Free-plan data is generally stored in your browser. Clearing browser data, deleting the app, losing or replacing a device, private-browsing behavior, storage limits, software failure, or device damage may erase local information. You are responsible for exporting backups or using eligible Premium cloud sync when another copy is important. We cannot recover information that never reached our servers.

5. Free plan, Premium, trials, and billing

The Free plan may be used without an account and is subject to the limits shown in MPA. Premium features require an account and an active subscription unless OD1 grants promotional or developer access.

Premium is offered with monthly or annual recurring billing at the price displayed before checkout. An eligible 7-day trial automatically converts to the selected paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Stripe processes payment information and provides the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the applicable trial or paid period, as disclosed at checkout or in the portal. Fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Failed payment may restrict Premium features.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use MPA to break a law; infringe another person’s rights; distribute malware; probe or bypass security, billing, or plan controls; interfere with the service; impersonate others; submit abusive or unlawful content; or use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service.

7. Your content

You retain rights in information you lawfully enter. You grant OD1 a limited, nonexclusive right to host, process, transmit, encrypt, back up, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the features you choose, comply with law, and follow your instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices.

8. Third-party services

MPA uses or may connect with services such as Stripe, OpenAI, hosting providers, browser notification systems, or optional integrations. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. OD1 is not responsible for a third party’s availability, fees, security decisions, or handling of information.

9. Ownership and feedback

MPA’s software, design, branding, and documentation belong to OD1 or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, OD1 grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use MPA for personal, lawful purposes. If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow OD1 to use them without restriction or payment while we continue to protect personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep MPA reliable, but uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet conditions, hosting failures, third-party outages, security events, or circumstances outside our control may affect the service. We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features and will provide notice when required.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using MPA at any time and may cancel Premium through the billing portal. We may restrict or terminate server-based access for nonpayment, unlawful use, material breach, security risk, abuse, or discontinuation of the service. Terms that logically continue after termination—including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or noninfringement. OD1 does not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data, reminders, analytics, forecasts, or financial outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OD1 and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost money, opportunities, profits, data, or goodwill. OD1’s total liability relating to MPA will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for MPA during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. General terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without OD1’s consent; OD1 may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, and applicable plan information form the agreement concerning MPA.

14. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required. Before filing a formal claim, you and OD1 agree to attempt in good faith to resolve it through written notice and at least 30 days of informal discussion. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where OD1Studios is established, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
